• Qualitatively, by engaging the different groups with the clearest stake in addressing the issue through interviews or surveys to identify common interests and potential solutions.
Building on this data, we work collaboratively with your firm’s leadership team and centers of expertise to forge a unified and coherent strategy for change, including metrics for measuring results.
We do the heavy lifting. Recognizing that your management team has a business to run, we take responsibility for designing, orchestrating and sustaining the major steps in the implementation process – kickoff, follow-up, assessment, mid-course corrections, and wrap-up.
